Welcome to the Composition Studio
Music Composition Studio is a division of the Theory and Composition Department at the University of Tennessee School of Music. Under the tutelage of Dr. Kenneth A. Jacobs talented musicians learn the art of acoustic and electronic music composition, both on undergraduate and graduate level. Student compositions are regularly performed by the musicians of the University of Tennessee School of Music, as well as other venues around the country, and have received various awards in national and international competitions.
